Hiermit erlangen Sie Zugriff auf die Statusinformationen der managebaren Netzwerkgeräte in Ihrem Automationsnetzwerk per OPC Funktionalität. OPC-Server NetListener ist ein Gateway zu SNMP, ICMP und ist als Watchdog für Prozesse nutzbar.
OPC-Server, welcher ein Gateway zu SNMP zur Verfügung stellt. Hiermit erlangen Sie Zugriff auf die Statusinformationen der managebaren Netzwerkgeräte in Ihrem Automationsnetzwerk per OPC Funktionalität. - Früherkennung von Fehlern im Ethernet / mehr Transparenz im Ethernet. - Überwachung von verschiedenen Netzwerklasten. - Informationen über den Netzwerkzustand - Einfache Einbindung in Ihr HMI durch OPC. - Möglichkeit die eigene Netzwerk-Management Applikation in Ihrem PLS zu programmieren. - Einfache Bedienung durch die bekannte Visualisierungssoftware. OPC "OLE for Process Control" bezeichnet eine Initiative zur Standardisierung des Datenaustausches in der Automatisierungstechnik. Dank, dieser Technologie lassen sich Daten zwischen Automatisierungssystemen austauschen, ohne das verschiedene Treiber benutzt werden müssen. Somit ist es möglich verschiedene Visualisierungssysteme für Ihren Prozess einzusetzen, oder z.B.. im Büro per Office auf Ihre Prozessdaten zuzugreifen. Der Server schickt dazu ICMP (ping) oder SNMP -Anfragen an die zu überwachenden Hosts, und stellt diese als OPC-Item dar. Um den Server zu testen, können Sie z.B. den Matrikon - OPC - Explorer oder jeden beliebigen OPC-Client verwenden. Es ist auch möglich statische Items zu definieren, dazu wird eine Konfigurationsdatei verwendet. Neu ist, das Sie jetzt auch CPU Lasten ermitteln und Prozesse überwachen können.
